We have curated three basic ranges of pricing to help you decide a budget when planning for your event. Please note that this is only a guideline and does not include labor. A real estimate will be geared toward your specific event when you call or email us with details.

Small Event

Can include:

- Small PA system (2 or less speakers, 1 microphone)

- Small screen/display and projector

- Geared toward 50 or less people

- Basic hybrid program

- 1 or less technicians to stay for event

Cost: up to $500

Medium Event

Can Include:

- Medium PA (4 speakers, 2-4 microphones)

- 1 large screen/display and 4k or higher lumen projector, or small video wall

- Switcher/HD Cameras required

- Geared toward 50-150 people

- 2 or more technicians to stay

- Staging

Cost: Up to $2500

Large Event

Can Include:

- Multiple locations or multiple days

- Large PA system (4+ speakers and 5+ microphones

- Multiple large screens or displays with multiple high lumen projectors with switcher, laptop and cameras) or large Video Wall

- Geared toward 150+ people

- Lighting packages

- 4+ technicians to stay

Cost: up to $7000 or more
